By using this platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into binding agreements. BlaueReise.com reserves the right to deny platform access to any user at any time.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time and apply to all services offered directly or indirectly, online, through mobile devices, email, or phone. By accessing and using our website, platform, or mobile applications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms (including our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy).
This website—its content, structure, and the online boat reservation service (the “Service”)—is owned and operated by BlaueReise.com, represented by Ali Dogan ("BlaueReise.com", “we”, “us”, “our”). The platform is provided for personal, non-commercial use under the conditions described below.
1. Our Service
BlaueReise.com provides an online marketplace where various boat owners and rental companies (“Boat Providers”) list their boats for rent. Users can browse the available options and complete reservations through our platform.
When you book a boat through BlaueReise.com, you enter a legally binding agreement directly with the Boat Provider. BlaueReise.com acts solely as an intermediary.
All listing information is provided by Boat Providers. While we strive to keep information updated, BlaueReise.com is not responsible for inaccuracies, changes, or temporary unavailability of listings.
2. Pricing
All prices displayed are per boat and for the full rental period, including VAT unless stated otherwise. Obvious errors or typographical mistakes are not binding.
3. Privacy & Cookies
We value your privacy. All personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which describes how your information is collected, used, and protected.
4. Unused Services
If a customer chooses not to use certain booked services, no refund will be issued unless required by applicable law or the Boat Provider’s policy.
5. Payments
The initial online payment contains the platform commission and the separately displayed payment service charge. The boat owner may send a secure Stripe link for the remaining booking balance when that payment is required under the applicable booking terms.
6. Cancellations
Cancellation policies vary by Boat Provider. Some bookings are non-refundable and cannot be modified. Please review the specific terms before completing a reservation.
7. Modifications / Rebooking
Changes to bookings may be possible. Depending on the Boat Provider, a modification fee of €100 per boat may apply.
8. Termination by the Boat Provider
The Boat Provider reserves the right to cancel the rental agreement without notice if the customer disrupts the trip or behaves inappropriately.
9. Claims & Complaints
Any complaints regarding the boat, service quality, or trip must be addressed directly with the Boat Provider, as they are contractually responsible.
10. Travel Documents & Visa Requirements
Customers are fully responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, identification, and visas. BlaueReise.com is not liable for travel issues arising from missing documents.
11. Deadlines & Notices
Before cancelling a booking due to issues, the customer must allow the Boat Provider a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter.
12. Communication
By booking a boat, you consent to receive email updates regarding your reservation, reminders, confirmations, and boat-related communications.
13. Reviews
BlaueReise.com reserves the right to edit, decline, or remove reviews that violate our guidelines.
14. Limitation of Liability
BlaueReise.com is liable only for direct damages resulting from our service failures. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses.
15. Intellectual Property
All website content, text, images, branding, software, and design elements are the intellectual property of BlaueReise.com and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Germany.
